What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Outstanding Service – Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews.
- Proactively Drive In-Book Sales – Identify gaps in coverage and recommend additional insurance products based on clients’ evolving needs.
- Build Long-Term Relationships – Become the go-to point of contact and trusted advisor for your book of business.
- Retain & Grow Your Book – Maintain client satisfaction and retention while increasing value through personalized policy enhancements.
- Collaborate for Success – Work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations, efficient processes, and client follow-through.
