About the Role
We’re seeking a bilingual, licensed professional with proven experience in a State Farm agency to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving retention and growth. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage day-to-day service needs and confidently pivot into in-book sales—identifying coverage gaps, preparing quotes, and cross-selling/upselling when it benefits the customer.
Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat for policy changes/endorsements, billing, ID cards, certificates, and claims support.
    • Conduct proactive renewal and coverage reviews; execute retention outreach and follow-ups.
    • Maintain accurate, compliant records in ECRM/Agent Toolkit and follow carrier/agency procedures.
  • Sales (In-Book Pivoting)
    • During service interactions, identify needs and recommend additional lines (Auto, Home, Umbrella; Life/Health if licensed).
    • Generate quotes, manage follow-ups, close opportunities or hand off to a producer.
    • Meet or exceed monthly activity, quality, and production goals.
  • Teamwork & Compliance
    • Collaborate with the agent and teammates to deliver a seamless client experience.
    • Adhere to privacy, documentation, and service-level standards.
Qualifications
  • Fluent Spanish and English (required)—professional verbal and written communication in both.
  • State Farm agency experience (required) with strong working knowledge of ECRM/Agent Toolkit and State Farm workflows.
  • Active P&C license (required); Life & Health preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Demonstrated success in both service and sales (cross-sell/upsell) with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills; calm and professional under pressure.
  • Remote-ready setup reliable high-speed internet, quiet/secure workspace, and comfort on video meetings.
What We Offer
  • Compensation Base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses tied to qualified in-book sales and retention outcomes.
  • Growth Clear pathways into senior service, producer/sales, or leadership roles.
  • Training Ongoing product, sales, and compliance training to continually sharpen your skills.
  • Culture Supportive, collaborative team focused on doing what’s best for the customer.
Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday during EST. business hours (some flexibility as business needs evolve).
