"I purchased a new car, and expected my temp Insurance ID cards to be ready, but unfortunately the dealer never initiated the process despite they said they did. So… I got the vehicle and was driving around my brand new car without insurance! Just great! TG nothing happened 🫣 I notified my State Farm agent Heather Lopergolo, and in a very short time she had the new car added to my policy and the temporary cards emailed to my email address… I call that “Efficiency and Effectiveness” Thanks sooo much!"
