What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver Outstanding Service – Support existing customers by answering questions, processing changes, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships – Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers are fully protected and satisfied with their coverage.
  • Identify Additional Needs – Recognize opportunities for additional coverage through needs-based conversations with current customers.
  • Promote Client Retention – Help maintain high retention rates by providing proactive service, support, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team – Refer new product opportunities internally for follow-up when appropriate.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
