What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Outstanding Service – Support existing customers by answering questions, processing changes, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Strengthen Client Relationships – Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers are fully protected and satisfied with their coverage.
- Identify Additional Needs – Recognize opportunities for additional coverage through needs-based conversations with current customers.
- Promote Client Retention – Help maintain high retention rates by providing proactive service, support, and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team – Refer new product opportunities internally for follow-up when appropriate.
